Betlogin Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy

Betlogin is an online betting and gaming platform built for users in Bangladesh. It offers a wide range of entertainment services including cricket betting, football betting, Live Casino, online lottery, and scratch cards.

To use betlogin's services, you must be of legal age and access this platform of your own free will and judgment.

Betlogin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

To open an account at betlogin, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Your account must be registered in your own name — opening an account under someone else's name is not permitted.
• Your mobile number must be verified via OTP.

After registration, betlogin may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require a photo of your national ID, passport, or driving licence, along with a selfie. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact betlogin Support immediately.

Betlogin supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Each method has its own limits and processing times.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit ৳100 (bKash and Nagad).
• Maximum ৳50,000 per single transaction.
• Betlogin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 BDT.
• Standard accounts have a daily limit of ৳50,000 and a monthly limit of ৳2,00,000.
• KYC-verified accounts can have their daily limit increased up to ৳5,00,000.
• While a bonus is active, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Betlogin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on suspicious transactions and to request additional information.

Betlogin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

Wagering requirements: You must wager your bonus a set number of times before withdrawing. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳30,000 in total bets.

General bonus rules:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per registration promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Betlogin reserves the right to modify bonus terms or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if fraud is suspected.
• Bonuses are available to eligible users only — bonuses are held for accounts that have not yet completed age verification.

Betlogin will never ask for your password or OTP via email or message in exchange for a bonus. If you receive such a message, treat it as a scam.

The following rules apply when placing bets on betlogin:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. betlogin may, at its discretion, allow changes before the event begins.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, betlogin reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• For in-play betting, if a disconnection prevents a bet from being completed, settlement will be based on the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.

Special cricket rules: A T20 match is considered incomplete if fewer than 10 overs have been bowled, and an ODI is considered incomplete if fewer than 20 overs have been bowled — unless the DLS method applies. In such cases, bets will be void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betlogin:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Bonus manipulation – claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts or false identities.
• Using betlogin for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in betlogin's systems, servers, or technology.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Match fixing or betting with unfair advantages.
• Unauthorised use of betlogin's brand or logo.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

Betlogin may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• When the user submits a request to close the account themselves.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, betlogin reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
